From a new collaboration with the association NOEO and No-Rocket, L’Argo was born – Perestrello Common Place 4.0, fifth phase of the experimental research project on Largo Bartolomeo Perestrello, started in Rome in 2010 by horizontal. The Perestrello 4.0 project is promoted by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and by the Municipality V.
Tomorrow, Thursday 30 May from 2.30pm to 4.00pm we will be guests of the Biennial Public Space 2019, public art experiences and placemaking in Italy and the Netherlands will be compared.
Three projects will be presented, born from the collaboration between Italian and Dutch professionals, who have worked on strengthening local identity, common goods and urban revival in fragile areas,
Perestrello 4.0 and Civic Media Art, respectively in the cities of Rome and Milan, will be presented as examples of urban reactivation and recovery of the community sense, through processes of placemaking and community building.
The RAUM project, realized according to all the criteria of contemporary city planning, will testify to new methods of urban planning, presenting the experience in the new town Leidsche Rijn of Utrecht, where work is underway on the construction of a new urban community.
